Has Will Levis already affected the way the NFL schedules the Titans?

One major concern for Titans fans has already been resolved ahead of Wednesday night's official NFL schedule release.

Fans have been left wondering how many, if any at all, primetime games the Titans might be featured in during the 2024 season. Well, Titans fans already have part of their answer.

Kyle Crabbs of Locked on Dolphins reports that the Titans will once again square off on the road against Miami on Monday Night Football in Week 4 of the 2024 season.

It's fair to question whether this happens if not for Will Levis' incredible fourth-quarter comeback in 2023. Down 27-13 with 4:34 remaining in the game, Tennessee looked dead to rights.

That was until Levis led the Titans on a nine-play 75-yard drive capped off with a touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins. After the defense forced a three-and-out, Levis once again drove the Titans down the field on a four-play 64-yard drive finished off with a Derrick Henry score to take a 28-27 lead which they never surrendered.

This game would be scheduled for a regular Sunday afternoon had Levis and the team not stormed all the way back to shock the red-hot Dolphins. The NFL clearly recognizes Levis as a quarterback worthy of an occasional spotlight and this game proves it.

As Levis strives to prove naysayers wrong in 2024, his electric play style and ultra competitive mindset are built for television. If he can thrive in his first season as a full-time starter, there should be plenty more primetime features in his future.
